PROJECT SUMMARY

We have had the privilege of working with one of India’s best event promoters on two concerts at the Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad.

In October 2018 we co-produced the Bryan Adams show, it was the first time a major international artist performed in the state and turned out to be a real historical occasion.

In December 2019 we helped to put together the Ultimate Pop Show. The event saw one of the nation’s biggest pop stars, Badshah, grace the stage along with a number of other talented artists for what proved to be one of the grandest productions ever seen in the state of Gujarat.

DELIVERABLES

Strategically consulted for the event promoter in organising both shows, particularly from the perspective of making the shows both lucrative ventures and shows of extremely high quality.
Provided logistical support with the running of the event both before and during the day, including assistance with artist hospitality throughout the process.
Designed and curated the opening performances for both shows, including opening artists selection.
